GreenSmart Wastewater Diverter valves have been included in the Plumbing Specifications for the 34-Story Landmark Apartment Tower being built by the firm Douglas Emmett, Inc. and designed by Gensler. The new apartment tower billed as the first residential high-rise built west of the 405 Freeway in more than 40 years.
